Welcome the arrival of a new little cutie with our adorable "Congrats Cutie" card. This card was made with a baby girl in mind but could be used for other occasions worth the congratulations.
 
The "Congrats Cutie" card features a brown paper with pink dots backed on a matching pink cardstock. The sentiment on the front of the card reads "congrats!" in a cursive font. The handmade embellishment is popped up using dimensional foam. A pink sheer ribbon tied in a bow is displayed as the final touch. The white A7 card base is made with quality cardstock and includes a matching white envelope. It is blank inside with plenty of space to write a heartfelt message.
